THE COUNTY TOLD US THEY INVESTIGATE ANY COMPLAINT WITHIN A YEAR OF OCCUPANCY. >> BUT THEY HAVE NOT GOTTEN ANY COMPLAINTS ABOUT OTHER INSPECTIONS DONE BY GUNTER AND HE HASN'T BEEN EMPLOYED BY THE COUNTY SINCE 2021, THE NEGLIGENCE OF CHATHAM COUNTY HAS CAUSED ME OUR LIFE SAVINGS THAT WOULD BE IN OUR HOME IN A SAFE PLACE FOR MY FAMILY. IT MOLD THAT MADE AN IMPASSIONED PLEA FOR THE COUNTY TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE ACTIONS OF THEIR INSPECTOR. THIS HAD COUNTY HAS THE BALL HAS TO MAKE THIS RIGHT. Hello, everyone. I'm meteorologist, Mike Mays in the W L severe weather center with our forecast update for this Wednesday night. Now, in the morning when you step out won't be kind of as cool and less humid as it was this morning, we expect a warmer start. Eight AM. 69. It will be warmer and more humid than what we awoke to this morning. We actually have 58 for the low this morning. We'll see scattered clouds to start the day. It won't be the full sunshine we experienced this morning. So when you step out it's a little bit more humid. Yeah, it's warmer. 63. The low compared to the 58 we have this morning by 10 AM. We're expecting about 77 at that point an hour by hour. Tomorrow, we're going to watch to see if a few thunderstorms develop in the afternoon. It's about a 30% chance the high 89. That's what we had today at R D U. So tomorrow similar temperatures, but I think the humidity will be up, two points will be in the sixties. So it will feel a little bit more humid. Now, today there was a lot of severe weather across the deep south still ongoing. Tonight, we have severe thunderstorm watches, tornado watches warnings ongoing for us. The chance for showers and thunderstorms which should end in the early morning hours and tomorrow there's still the threat for severe weather along the gulf coast. It's a level one and two threat for us. The light shade of green is the general thunderstorm category could see a thunderstorm but it's not expected to be severe. And again, it would be mainly on an isolated basis. So tomorrow is high 89 91 in Fayetteville, a few hit and miss showers and storms. 75 a boon 89 in Wilmington on Friday. Still a small chance for showers and storms. About a 30% chance indications are, it should be hotter on Friday with a high may be reaching 92. And then for the, on Saturday, we're expecting mostly sunny skies. High temperatures in the upper eighties to low nineties. Father's day 92 mostly sunny skies and dry. So our father's day weekend will be dry if you're going to go play golf, go fishing, head to the lake. Anything that dad would like to do, maybe just chill out on the hammock in the backyard in the shade. The weather looks pretty good for that. So our storm chances end overnight upper fifties for Roxboro 63 in Raleigh 65 at Fayetteville. And then tomorrow a few hit and miss storms possible. Not everybody is going to get wet highs in the mid eighties to maybe low nineties. About 89. Here in Raleigh, here is your seven day forecast. Now, heading through the holiday weekend, the weather is dry, it's hot but the humidity drops. Two points are back in the fifties over the weekend. So, not bad, becoming unsettled next week, we're still watching this upper level low that's expected to build over the southeast, keeping it unsettled with lots of clouds and showers and storms. High temperatures, potentially Tuesday and Wednesday of next week. In the seventies, the summer solstice is on Wednesday. So summer officially arrives and it may not feel all that warm.
